Question by Asd Asd: how can i train my body to be trained for sex and intimacy instead of jumping to premature ejaculation?

I'm 18 and having issues with premature ejaculation. i believe my problem is whenever i engage in anything sexual, my body is trained to jump straight to orgasm, due to masterbaiting almost daily. how can i train my body to be trained for sex and intimacy instead of jumping to ejaculation?

you need a flex a certain muscle near your groin. to locate it, start peeing and then stop the stream halfway through. thats the muscle you need to work up. flex it and hold for 10 seconds 5 times a day to build it up. next time youre about to ejaculate, flex the muscle until your penis calms down

not bad for a 15 yr old, eh?
